I’m sitting here at a swim meet and grinning. When my daughters are not swimming, I’m writing the recipes based on my pictures, they serve as a reminder. I’m writing this blog in two languages. I wrote this recipe first in Hungarian. I looked at the picture and a title formed in my head. But even before I started writing it down, I realized that it has double meaning. :D The second meaning would have been filthy anchovies. :D

So what’s in this salad? Nothing filthy. ;)

  • 1 big handful of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 big handful of arugula/rocket
  • 3-4 pcs raw Brussels sprout, outer leaves removed, end chopped off, sliced
  • ½ marinated artichoke, chopped
  • 2 pcs radish, ends chopped off, sliced
  • 1 handful yellow zucchini, chopped
  • 1 big pinch of broccoli sprout
  • 4-5 anchovies, chopped
  • 2-3 pistachio, peeled, chopped

Chop everything, throw into a bowl and enjoy!

I sprinkled some olive oil, apple cider vinegar, water mix on top. (1/2 Tbsp, 1 Tbsp, 2 Tbsp ratio)
