- 3 pcs daikon radish, washed
- 10 pcs olives, chopped
- 4 pcs green onion, chopped
- 1 handful parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- After washing the daikon radishes, start peeling it with a julienne peeler, as long as there's some radishes left. If you don't have a julienne peeler, then you can grate it or you can use a simple peeler and you can make radish ribbons.
- Chop the olives and green onion, and add them to the radish.
- Salt the veggies.
- Mix the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and garlic powder.
- Pour it on top of the salad. Mix it.
- Let it sit for a while if you have time. If you don't have time, just serve and enjoy.
