I used the turkey bone-meat broth for this soup too. I used the following ingredients.
- 1 lb green bean, ends chopped off, cut into half
- 1 medium head onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb tenderstem broccoli/broccolini
- 1 cup enoki mushroom, dirty end cut off
- 2 cups butternut squash, chopped
- 2 pcs lemongrass, cut into half lengthwise
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- salt to taste
- 3 cup bone broth
- water to cover all veggies
Clean and chop all veggies. Put them into a pot or a pressure cooker. Add the water, bone broth, salt, lemongrass, fish sauce. Add the minced garlic only at the end of cooking.
