  • 1 chard or collard green leaf, or any big leaves
  • 1-2 Tbsp hummus
  • 1 thin slice of smoked salmon (canned or baked salmon will do too)
  • 1 pinch of broccoli sprout
  • thin carrot slices
  • dandelion leaves (or other bitterish greens, like arugula

 

Instructions

  • Flatten the leaf and place everything close to the softer end of the leaf, close to the centre line.
  • Fold the two edges of the leaf on top of the filling and roll it up.
