- 1 chard or collard green leaf, or any big leaves
- 1-2 Tbsp hummus
- 1 thin slice of smoked salmon (canned or baked salmon will do too)
- 1 pinch of broccoli sprout

- dandelion leaves (or other bitterish greens, like arugula
Instructions
- Flatten the leaf and place everything close to the softer end of the leaf, close to the centre line.
- Fold the two edges of the leaf on top of the filling and roll it up.
