We had this salad with oven baked plantain (spices applied by my 10 years old daughter), and oven baked salmon (spices applied by my 10 years old daughter again) and some arugula. 3 cups of veggies in one plate.
Salad ingredients
- 1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 medium head red cabbage, chopped
- 2 medium carrot, julienned with a peeler
- 1 Tbsp dried cranberry, chopped
- 3 Tbsp chives, chopped
- salt to taste
Dressing ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Chop all salad ingredients, put them into a bowl, stir them, add salt, massage the salt into the veggies with your hands.
- Mix all ingredients of the dressing and pour it on the salad and mix it with the salad.
- Let it sit for a while, they serve and enjoy.
