- 1/2 orange, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 blood orange, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 purple carrot, washed and sliced into ribbons (with a peeler)
- 1/2 marinated artichoke, chopped
- 4-5 pcs mini colourful tomato
- 3-4 pcs pecan, chopped
- 1 big pinch of alfalfa sprout
- 1 big handful of arugula
Chop everything, throw them into a bowl, drizzle 1-2 tsp marinating oil from the artichoke (hopefully it's olive oil) and you can eat. Enjoy!
