- 1 big handful romain lettuce
- 1 big handful arugula
- 1 big handful of spinach
- 4 caperberries
- 1/2 mango peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup raw butternut squash, peeled and chopped
- 1 big pinch broccoli sprout
- 1 Tbsp sliced almond
- 1/6 head of radicchio, sliced
- 1/3 cup baked salmon
Chop everything, through them into a bowl and you can eat it. I some dressing on it. This amount of dressing is enough for 3-4 portion.
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic
- 6 Tbsp water
Mix everything, drizzle 2 Tbsp of this dressing on the salad, enjoy.
