Beet pomegranate salad

  • 3 pcs medium sized cooked beet, chopped
  • 3 pcs spring onion, sliced
  • seeds of 1/2 pomegranate
  • small pinch of salt

Mix everything and serve. That's it.

If you'd like to give it a bit of sour kick, add a tsp apple cider vinegar.
