I cooked a Frankfurter soup, but it wasn't quite enough for the second day. If I don't have to spend time in the kitchen, I prefer not to do so.
So we had this Frankfurter soup for dinner yesterday and we had a nice amount of leftover for the next day. I packed this soup for the girls for lunch. But there was not enough left for dinner. So I added bits and bobs to make it enough. :D I do this quite regularly. This way I don't have to spend that much time in the kitchen and we can eat something different most days. ;)

- 3 cups baby carrot, washed
- 2 cups baby bella mushroom, quartered
I added the the carrot and mushroom to the leftover soup, cooked it for 15-20 minutes and it was done.
