Vegan bean kale salad

  • 1 big handful of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 big handful of baby kale
  • 1 handful raw red cabbage, chopped
  • 1 handful raw savoy cabbage, chopped 
  • 2-3 Tbsp canned black bean
  • 1 big pinch of alfalfa sprout
  • 1/4 avocado, chopped
  • 1 handful of cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cooked beet, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp pine nut
  • 1 Tbsp chives, chopped

Chop everything, throw them into a bowl, drizzle with the mix of olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Enjoy!
