  • 1 big handful romaine lettuce
  • 1 big handful baby spinach
  • 1 big handful colourful salad leaf mix
  • 1 handful red cabbage, sliced
  • 1 handful savoy cabbage, sliced
  • 1 big pinch of broccoli sprout
  • 1 chicken liver, chopped
  • 4-5 anchovies, chopped
  • 1 handful butternut squash, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seed
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, chopped

Chop everything and put them into a bowl. Sprinkle with apple cider vinegar or apple cider vinegar-olive oil-salt mix. Enjoy!
