- 1 big handful romaine lettuce
- 1 big handful baby spinach
- 1 big handful colourful salad leaf mix
- 1 handful red cabbage, sliced
- 1 handful savoy cabbage, sliced
- 1 big pinch of broccoli sprout
- 1 chicken liver, chopped
- 4-5 anchovies, chopped
- 1 handful butternut squash, chopped
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin seed
- 1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
Chop everything and put them into a bowl. Sprinkle with apple cider vinegar or apple cider vinegar-olive oil-salt mix. Enjoy!
