  • 1 big handful of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 big handful of baby spinach
  • 1/4 small radicchio, chopped
  • 1/4 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 radish, chopped
  • 1 big pinch sprout
  • 1/2 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 endive, chopped
  • 3-4 pcs cherry tomato, chopped
  • 1 handful zucchini, chopped
  • 5-6 anchovies, chopped
  • 1/4 avocado, chopped

 

Instructions

  • Chop all ingredients, throw them into a bowl, sprinkle 1-2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar - olive oil mix on top and enjoy.
