  • 2 big handful romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 big handful arugula
  • 6 pcs cherry tomato
  • 1 big handful raw butternut squash, chopped
  • 1/2 small radicchio, chopped
  • 6-7 pcs anchovies, chopped
  • 1 big pinch of sprout
  • Apple cider vinegar to taste
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil, if needed

Instructions

  • Chop all veggies and fish, put them into a bowl.
  • Sprinkle with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Serve and enjoy.
