- 2 big handful romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 big handful arugula
- 6 pcs cherry tomato
- 1 big handful raw butternut squash, chopped
- 1/2 small radicchio, chopped
- 6-7 pcs anchovies, chopped
- 1 big pinch of sprout
- Apple cider vinegar to taste
- 1 Tbsp olive oil, if needed
Instructions
- Chop all veggies and fish, put them into a bowl.
- Sprinkle with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Serve and enjoy.
