Unbelievably simple appetizer, that you can serve even on a festive day. The possibilities are endless! I'll post some more similar ideas. It tends to be very popular. Everybody jumps on it before I put it on the table. :D

 

  • cherry tomatoes (or other small tomatoes) cut into half
  • grapes
  • extra mature organic cheddar cheese sliced into small cubes (if you can tolerate it)
  • smoked salmon (wild caught if possible)

Needed tools

  • tooth picks

 

Pull all ingredients onto the tooth pick, then serve. It's better to put the cheese to one end of the stick to prevent crumbling.
