If it's for you, then beside widening the range of your healthy beverages, you can improve your health, while you drink this tasty liquid gold.

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • small pinch of black pepper (it helps to make curcumin more bioavailable)
  • 1 tsp honey or a couple of drops stevia (to taste)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk/ rice milk/ almond milk/ gluten free oat milk
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder (optional)

Warm the coconut milk or other milk alternative up, mix the other ingredients into the warm milk. Enjoy your drink.
