- 1 medium head onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 lb baby kale
- 1 green zucchini, washed, chopped
- 1 yellow zucchini, washed, chopped
- 1 lb carrot, washed and chopped
- 1 big head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 pack celery, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 Tbsp dried tarragon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Put the peeled and chopped onion into a pot on low heat.
- Stir in the meat.
- Add the chopped bell pepper, celery, baby kale, carrot and cook, steam under cover.
- If you want to have your cauliflower and zucchinis a bit firmer, add them a couple of minutes later, so they won't be that soft as mine.
- Add the salt and spices, stir and cover.
- When all veggies are soft enough, and the meat is cooked through, the meal is done.
