- 1 medium head onion, peeled, chopped
- 1 ½ zucchini, chopped
- 1 ½ yellow zucchini, chopped
- 3 cups carrot, chopped
- 2 cups white button mushroom, chopped
- 1 lb chicken breast, chopped into small pieces
- ½ Tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp tarragon
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a pot on low heat.
- Put the peeled and chopped onion onto the pot and start to sautee.
- Put the chopped chicken breast into the pot too.
- Add all other ingredients, stir.
- Cover with lid and let it steam/ cook in it’s own juices.
- Stir occasionally.
- Serve and enjoy!
