- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- water, that's just enough to cover the oats
- 1/4 can of coconut milk (Aroy-D)
- 5g 100% dark chocolate
- 1-2 pcs pitted dried dates
- 1 Tbsp collagen powder
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- fruits to top it
Instructions
- Soak the rolled oats in water for the night.
- Melt the chocolate in the morning.
- Put the coconut milk, melted chocolate, collagen powder, ground flaxseed, dates into a blender and blend them.
- Mix the soaked oats and chocolate cream in a bowl.
- Top it with fruits. I used 1/4 peeled persimmon fruit, 1/4 pomegranate, 2 Tbsp defrosted blueberry, 1/4 peeled mango and I added some pieces of peeled and chopped pistachio.
I had these 2 portions in one go, when I knew I can't eat for many hours. For me it was enough till late afternoon.
