Ingredients to the dough
- 2 pcs ripe plantainérett plantain, peeled
- 4 slightly heaped Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 12 Tbsp water (1/2 cup)
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Ingredients to the sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
Instructions for the pizza
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Place a baking paper on a baking tray. The baking rack doesn't really work.
- Place all dough ingredients into a blender and blend them.
- Pour the dough onto the baking paper and spread it. It can be circle, oval, square.
- When the oven has reached the right temperature, put the dough into the oven.
- Bake it for 25 minutes. It's done when it gets golden brownish.
- Prepare another baking paper on another tray, or it can be a rack this time.
- Flip the pizza topside over. Peel the paper off from the now top side.
- Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza.
- If you want to bake the topping, then put the toppings on the pizza and put it back into the oven for another 5-10 minutes. If you don't want to bake the topping, then put it back into the oven with the sauce only for 5 minutes.
- I topped it with broccoli, green onion, mushroom, endives, cherry tomato and bell pepper. After baking I topped with some smoked salmon and cooked chicken liver, since I had some leftover.
Instructions to the sauce
- While the pizza is in the oven, mix all pizza sauce ingredients.
