Dandelion anchovies salad

  • 1 big handful romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 big handful colourfil mixed salad leaves
  • 3-4 dandelion leaves, chopped
  • 1 big pinch of broccoli sprout
  • 4-5 pcs anchovies, chopped
  • 1 sardine, chopped
  • 1 handful red cabbage, sliced
  • 1 handful butternut squash, chopped
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 big pinch of parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 avocado, chopped

Chop everything and put them in a bowl. Sprinkle with some olive oil-apple cider vinegar - salt mix. Enjoy.
