  • 1 big handful of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 big handful of colourful salad leaf mix
  • 1 big pinch of broccoli sprout
  • 1/3 cup raw butternut squash, chopped
  • 1-2 sardines, sliced
  • A mix of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, water. (1 tsp, 1 tsp, 1-2 Tbsp)

Chop everything. Put them into a bowl. Sprinkle with the dressing and enjoy!
