When you buy energy bites or bars in a shop, it can be full of additives, sugar, sweetener, and they tend to be bigger, then one portion.
These protein energy bites can be done in a couple of minutes. You can store them in the fridge or in the freezer. Whenever you need some, just take 1-2 pieces out, let them thaw and eat them. You can make 18-20 pieces/ portions of energy bites from this amount. If you don't have a silicon ice-cube maker, then you can make some balls too, using your palms. Anyhow, try to make 18-20 pieces.
If you don't have this protein brand on the market where you live, then Sunwarrior is a good alternative. If you don't have either, try to find a quality protein powder without sugar, sweeteners and unnecessary additives.
