Dandelion salad with sardines and anchovies

Today I made a salad with dandelion for lunch. You can eat the leaves of the dandelion, and you can make a tea out of them. The root can be used in tea as well. They have a positive effect to the detox processes of the liver.

Dandelion is quite sour and chewy, so it's better if you chop into smaller pieces and eat it with other foods, that cover the taste a bit. My family likes it in salads or in a tea.

 

 

  • 2 handful of romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 handful of dandelion leaves, chopped
  • 1/3 cup of raw butternut squash, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate seed
  • 3-4 pcs cherry tomato
  • 1 big pinch of broccoli sprout
  • 3-4 pcs of anchovy
  • 1-2 pcs of sardine

Mindent összevagdostam és egy tálba dobáltam. A végén almaecetes-olivás öntettel locsoltam meg.
